Chinee Body Art Co., Ltd. applies a structured quality control process to support consistent production of body art, tattoo, permanent makeup, microblading, and related accessory products. Quality requirements are reviewed according to product specifications, approved samples, order details, and intended market needs. Inspection records and product identification are maintained where applicable to support traceability and effective communication with international buyers.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials, components, and packaging are inspected before they are released for production. Our team checks incoming items against purchase requirements and internal inspection standards, with inspection points selected according to the product type and its critical characteristics.

• Pigments, inks, and paints: Packaging condition, color reference, batch information, consistency, and relevant supplier documentation are reviewed where applicable.
• Needles and cartridge components: Needle configuration, dimensions, assembly condition, cleanliness, and individual packaging integrity are checked according to agreed specifications.
• Machines, airbrushes, and tools: Housings, connectors, motors, cables, switches, fittings, and other functional components are examined before assembly.
• Jewels, stickers, templates, and accessories: Materials, colors, patterns, surface finish, dimensions, and adhesive-related requirements are verified against approved references.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production is monitored at key stages to identify variation before final assembly or packing. Work instructions, approved samples, and order-specific requirements provide the basis for process checks. When customized body art kits, private-label packaging, or special product configurations are involved, the bill of materials and artwork details are reviewed during production.

• Dimensions, component matching, assembly alignment, and workmanship are checked at appropriate production stages.
• Color, texture, fill condition, and container closure are monitored for applicable body paint, face paint, tattoo ink, and permanent makeup pigment products.
• Airflow, spray control, connection fit, power operation, and basic functional performance are evaluated for applicable airbrush and machine products.
• Needle grouping, cartridge movement, tool fit, and visible assembly condition are checked against the relevant product specification.
• Nonconforming materials or products are identified and separated for review to help prevent unintended use.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected before packing based on their design, function, and agreed acceptance requirements. Inspection may include visual, dimensional, functional, and packaging-related checks, subject to the product specifications and order scope.

• Appearance: Products are examined for visible damage, contamination, color variation, printing defects, scratches, deformation, or incomplete assembly.
• Dimensions and configuration: Sizes, needle types, kit contents, accessory combinations, and product variants are verified against the order.
• Function: Applicable tattoo machines, permanent makeup machines, airbrushes, hand tools, and maintenance components undergo operational or fit checks.
• Product consistency: Relevant characteristics such as shade, texture, application performance, component fit, and pattern accuracy are compared with approved specifications or samples.
• Identification: Item numbers, batch or lot information, labels, instructions, and customer-specific markings are reviewed where required.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is reviewed to protect products during handling, storage, and international transportation. Before shipment, our team confirms that products, quantities, labels, and packing details correspond with the approved order information.

• Primary packaging, seals, caps, individual pouches, cartons, and protective materials are checked for condition and suitability.
• Barcode, label text, artwork, color marks, warnings, and language versions are verified against customer-approved files where applicable.
• Carton quantities, product assortments, included accessories, and customized kit contents are cross-checked before dispatch.
• Outer carton markings and shipping documentation are reviewed according to the confirmed order and destination requirements provided by the buyer.
• Packaging integrity receives particular attention for needles, cartridges, pigments, paints, aftercare products, and other items with product-specific handling requirements.

5. Feedback, Corrective Action, and Continuous Improvement

Chinee Body Art Co., Ltd. treats buyer feedback as an important part of quality management. When a quality concern is reported, the relevant product details, batch information, photographs, samples, production records, and inspection findings may be reviewed to identify the cause.

Appropriate corrective actions can include material review, process adjustment, inspection-point updates, packaging improvement, supplier communication, or additional staff guidance. Follow-up checks are used where appropriate to evaluate the effectiveness of these actions. This practical approach helps us improve consistency across tattoo equipment, permanent makeup supplies, microblading tools, body painting products, temporary tattoo items, and customized body art kits.
